Several area schools participated in the 20 year anniversary of 9-11. Students were able to meet with deputies and officers from the McDonough County Sheriff’s Office, Macomb Police, Office of Public Safety, Illinois State Police, Macomb Fire Department, and Lifeguard Paramedics. The students learned about the different careers, equipment and were able to watch K9 demonstrations.
