Capital Power recently purchased a ballistic shield for the Macomb / McDonough County Strategic Response Team (SRT). The Macomb Police Department assisted Capital Power with escorting the wind mill components through Macomb for the Cardinal Point project near Good Hope. Pictured is Senior Project Manager for Capital Power, Sandy Flemming and the SRT team. Fleming stated that he was impressed that there were no incidents in the 250 plus loads that traveled through Macomb on the way to the site.
